We connect it all.
Turn any home into a smart home.

Smart features have moved far beyond just lightbulbs (although there have been many advancements in smart lightbulbs and smart lighting).
Now, we can connect motorized blinds, thermostats, smart HVAC components, smart appliances, utility sensors, cameras, open/close sensors, satellite items (towel warmers, night lights, etc) and. so much more into one system.
This not only gives you all of your home’s data in one place (hello air purification info alongside energy usage) but allows the data to perform and integrate as one.
Think: “activate dinner time” to set mood lighting into action at once instead of dimming and tuning individual lights.
Or forever-automations that deactivate your HVAC when doors or windows are open.
The term ‘smart home’ once referred to isolated smart objects but now has the potential to provide you with an elevated home atmosphere for primary and remote residences, improving your sleep, providing peace of mind (natural disasters are a reality), improving home efficiency and maximizing your overall experience and comfort of your home.

XperiHome is far from the typical “technical only” setup. Smart home systems are historically limited in their features, AV heavy and very proprietary. With XperiHome, you own what you install and have a much wider range of possibilities available to you within one system.
We provide the hardware, the software and the programming for your smart home system - all custom.
It is likely you actually have a few items that may be connected or retrofitted to work with the system but we recommend an initial conversation to get a better idea of each project’s possibilities.
Each installation and integration is truly a custom project. We can also recommend and provide high-end lighting finishes that elevate your smart features further.

Smart homes are easiest to set up in the design phase for a new home or for a remodel.
When you are considering your electrical wiring, it is best to consult us for inputs on low voltage wiring and beyond, which will power much of your smart home system.
For homes that are already established, more considerations need to be taken around existing wiring to inform installation options.
